Quick & Delicious Baked Dijon Salmon |
If you are looking for a new and exciting way to prepare your fresh salmon fillets in the oven, you came to the right place. Butter, mustard, parsley and honey will give this beautiful fish such a kick, while it will also soften it pretty good. Definitely my new favorite salmon recipe.
Prep time is only 35 minutes and the ingredients are just enough for nice 4 servings. Let’s get crackin!
Ingredients
- 4 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 lemon (for garnish)
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup pecans (finely chopped)
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley.
Take your honey, butter and mustard mix and brush each salmon fillet lightly, then sprinkle it with the bread crumb mixture.
Bake salmon fillets for about 15 minutes (or until it can flake easily using a fork).
Add salt and pepper to taste, and use a wedge of lemon to garnish this delicious dish.
Enjoy!
