The gloomy atmosphere of fall is the perfect setting for a dinner table beautifully decorated with a serving with this amazing pong pong pork chops dish.
Drenched in the most delicious peanut sauce you’ll ever try, these boneless pork chops can make any grey cloud disappear just with their mere existence, let alone taste.
Incredibly easy to make in almost no time, this recipe is a bona fide way to impress every single one of your dinner guest with just one dish.
The amount of ingredients in this recipe will be enough for 4 servings. This dish only gets better if served with rice. However, if you prefer, you can use chicken breasts instead of pork.

Ingredients

  • 4 pork loin chops
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of hot mustard
  • 2 teaspoons of Splenda
  • 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Tabasco sauce
  • 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • ½ cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger

Step By Step Preparation

  1. Sauté the onion and the garlic with a small amount of water in a non-stick skillet, until the onion is translucent. Set the sautéed mix aside.
  2. Trim all of the fat from the pork chops, and make small cuts through any membrane on the outside (this way you will prevent the chops from curling). Cook the chops in the non-stick skillet until they have browned on both sides, and then return the sautéed onion and garlic mix to the pan.
  3. Mix the soy sauce, mustard, Splenda, sesame oil, Tabasco sauce, peanut butter, water, and powdered ginger to make a sauce. If needed, thin the mix with more water. Add this mix to the pan and heat everything through.
